We don't save the technician names by first and last name, so unfortunately this "isn't possible". If it get's enough traction then there is a simple solution, but for now it's just sorted by technician first name. You're able to use the search bar to identify users as well.

Is this when you're on the calendar view, with a list of technicians? If so, they are listed by name, but you want them sorted alphabetically?
