complete
Actions can now be cancelled. If it's a service action with a scheduled technician, cancelling it will remove them from the schedule and send a message to the technician app.

To clarify, are you asking "How do I reschedule a technician, cancel a service action, or remove a technician from a service action?"

Nick Harder: all of the above

Corie: thanks! from last thursday, we realized that we're going to need to have a fallback on all the actions. The fallback will be to have a review action button on the actions tab of a sequence. The issue is that we've purposely made it impossible to "go back in time" in armsrc (for MVP at least). So if you already scheduled a technician for a service action, then that schedule action is complete and now the service action is pending (and the sequence is in that technicians tech app). The current thoughts are to add the ability to cancel the service action and add a review action. From the review action, you can select to add a schedule action (from which you can schedule a new technician/time). You don't have to go back and forth between streams for this, just click "stay" any time a confirmation dialog pops open.
That's at least the current plan. But I'll bring it up to verify that isn't too much work just to reschedule a technician. The other consideration is that this workflow is very much "schedule one sequence at a time", and not "scheduling many work orders by dragging/dropping". Even with that being the case, we want it to feel natural and quick so it doesn't limit your ability to schedule.
