No hits when searching by sequence numbers - both internal and external IDs

The tickets come in in chronological order, but after adding a new one and refreshing they don't come in in order.

When clicking on 'View' the view of the action profile is different than clicking on 'Quote'. (specifically missing the service location and the external ID)

No hits are coming up when using the search bar
