When creating a sequence, we are limited to only inputting a number when updating a priority level. Can we adjust this to alphanumeric? Can we add drop downs with the priority level options per client? Some clients use different priority levels names - Example: Walgreens uses P1 and Lbrands uses P4 - Both mean the same thing.. We have 4hrs to arrive on site however the terminology is different.
