Ability to view a technicians profile via a list view as opposed to only being able to view off of a grid view. (no 'view' button option on the list view)

Auto-calculate invoice line items totals.

Do not allow a technician to submit a service ticket without making sure that all fields have been updated - including photos.

Without navigating through breadcrumbs, the quote and purchase actions should see the images from a technician.

Ability to choose whether a work order should go to Purchasing or Scheduling upon approval by the client after selecting the 'Approved' status.

The technician should be able to edit job and quote notes before submitting the service action. After it's submitted, it should not be editable. They can add items but not delete previous ones.

No 'External ID' in the 'Quote' sequence

Is it possible to add a search bar on the Technicians & Employee's page?

can the technicians be listed last name, first alphabetically

There are cases after every action where someone didn't complete the previous action correctly, so we have to add a review to fix it.
